Sophia – 11 Days Old … Newborn Portraits Happy Valley

This little one is so beautiful! All babies are cute and sweet, but just look at her! Isn’t she gorgeous? And passionate! This little one gave me a run for my money. She wasn’t too sure she agreed with me on how things should go during her photo shoot. As you can see by this first shot, she wasn’t shy about giving her opinion.

She thought that dad’s hands were too cold for this shot, so we wrapped her up in a little swaddle and she was much happier.

And because things have been so crazy around here lately I wasn’t able to share from Gladys’s gorgeous maternity session. So enjoy!

Long Time No Post … Portland Portrait Photographer

So it’s been nearly two months! My goodness, how time flies. Things have changed since my last post, and while I have intended to keep you all updated, I have just been so busy!

I am so excited, so overjoyed, to announce that I am back home. About a year ago, I made the decision to leave my beautiful studio at the Towne Storage Building…a decision that I regretted almost from the start. After 10 months of wishing and hoping, I have returned to Loft 401. For those of you who have been there, I’m sure you remember it well. It is a beautiful, artistic and fabulous quirky building that fits me and my style perfectly. For those of you who have never been there…just you wait…it’s gorgeous! Here are some photos of it from a few years ago.
