STRENGTH…[Kimberly Whipps, Portland Oregon newborn photographer]
May 28, 2010I would like to introduce you to a very special little one. This is Violet. Violet Arlene Trea – Trea which is Gaelic for strength. And her name befits her.
About a month or so before I was scheduled to photograph Violet’s momma during her pregnancy, I received a heartbreaking phone call. An ultrasound showed that there was something wrong with Violet’s brain, and the doctor’s did not expect her to live. The beginning of strength….despite the odds, Violet’s parents decided to carry her to term…hoping and praying for the best.
On March 29th, 2010 Violet was born. And she was strong. Though ultrasounds and tests and MRIs, Violet has been strong. While her future is yet unknown….she and her family continue to show incredible strength and hope.
Please pray for baby Violet….pray that her life would continue in strength.
